1. Agreement to Terms

By using 1HR Key Team's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

1HR Key Team provides mobile auto locksmith services including but not limited to:

  • Car key replacements
  • Car key repairs
  • Key reprogramming
  • Emergency lockout services
  • Broken key extraction
  • Ignition repairs

3. 1-Hour Guarantee

We guarantee to arrive at your location within 1 hour of accepting your service request, or we will compensate you. This guarantee is subject to:

  • Location being within our service areas
  • Accurate location information provided
  • Normal traffic and weather conditions
  • No force majeure events

4. Pricing and Payment

A £50 deposit is required for call-out services. The remaining balance (if work is carried out) is payable upon completion of the service. We provide free quotations with no obligation. Payment methods accepted include cash, card, and bank transfer.

5. Discounts

We offer a 20% discount to NHS workers with a valid BlueLight Card. Valid identification must be presented to claim the discount.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before our technician arrives at your location. The £50 deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs after our technician has been dispatched.

7. Warranty

All work is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by us. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

While we take every care in providing our services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Proof of Ownership

Customers must provide valid proof of vehicle ownership before services can be performed. We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof cannot be provided.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
